RMP offering Photo Sessions in the Southwest

I’m excited to announce that I will be in the Colorado/Utah/New Mexico area July 13-August 3, 2026.

I’m open to setting up individual photo sessions, small groups or entire dance comp teams. They can be from a studio or a high school varsity team. While most of the pictures below are of professional and pre-professional dancers, I work with dancers of all ages and skill levels. I’m able to guide a dancer of any skill level into the appropriate pose that shows off her training.

For those of you who did not know of me prior to this, I invite you to spend some time looking over my website I’ve been doing dance photography since 2008 and am considered a leader nationally in this genre. I conduct conferences and workshops to teach dance photographers. I have dancers travel to my studio in the northwest suburbs of Chicago from all over the country to do sessions with me, especially for my rain and color powder sessions.

When you’re looking to work with a dance photographer, you’ll want to know they speak the dancer’s language. I do that. I understand dance terminology, I understand the importance of a good turnout and ensuring the dancer looks strong in her pose. I’m also very adept in catching the dancer in her peak moment of a leap so we don’t have to waste a lot of energy doing multiple leaps hoping I can get it right.

Individual sessions start at $650 and I can also work with groups or teams. We can do it outdoors on location or in a dance studio using my artistic lighting.
